Assessment for Selection / Recruitment

People Partners can provide independent, objective assessment input to your selection / recruitment projects.

While assessment is often provided by recruitment agencies, there is potential to enhance objectivity (and ensure consistency if using a number of agencies) by utilising the assessment services available through us.

As the environment you operate within goes through change, the key attributes of successful employees can change and evolve.  Combining our deep experience of creating and updating behavioural competency frameworks, with our knowledge of the personality attributes that can support / inhibit those behaviours, we can help you put in place a selection and assessment process that filters out candidates not aligned to this clear "success profile".

Assessment for Re-Organisation / Talent Management / Succession Planning

People Partners can support you through any or all of the following stages;

  • Review of talent Implications of strategic change / reorganisation
  • Identification of key behavioural competencies required in key roles across the organisation to support a new strategy / structure
    (including leadership roles).
  • Development of a Competency Framework defining priority behaviours and (if required) level indicators.
  • Recommendations on assessment methodology appropriate to specific behaviours, circumstances, populations, etc.
